"The Big Brown Bear" by Gibson

Here is book that Gib made with our homeschool group. And yes, the man in the book changes color on purpose. Fortunately, Gib is not that advanced of an artist so there are no graphic details. It's supposed to be based on the art of Eric Carle's books like The Very Hungry Caterpillar but Gib had some other ideas.

High above the desert warmth

Took a little trip up in the mountains near us to see some snow ... We remember when 28 deg felt relatively mild! Thanks Gramma for taking the pic.
